In order to understand Flammer's drawings, one should keep in mind the regards them as " unconscious landscapes" rather than as imaginary architectures: it is a nuance that matters. The resulting structures therefore do not aim to create a well-constructed world but rather a parallel universe, a fourth dimension. (...) False perspectives, impossible spaces, mosaic symbols, unfinished yet complete drawings. Slightly unsettled, the viewer has in the impression of looking at an abandoned film set after has been shot. Each of us is free to imagine the anterior or interior script, because the actors have left a long time ago. Independently from any narrative, the drawings are endlessly combined, moved by their intrinsic energy.
